For acute conditions like recent injuries, significant improvement typically occurs within 2-3 weeks of consistent treatment. Chronic conditions that have developed over years may require 4-12 weeks of care to see substantial improvement. We track your progress at each visit using objective measurements to ensure you're improving as expected.

Is chiropractic care safe?

Do I need a referral from my doctor?
