At Align San Diego Family Chiropractic, we believe the strongest outcomes for mothers and families happen when care extends beyond the clinic walls. Education, honest conversation, and community support are just as essential as hands-on care. That’s why we’re thrilled to feature Taylor Dewey and Natasha Spaventa, the voices behind the Moms Interrupted Podcast, as upcoming guest speakers at our Inspired Birth Worker’s Alliance (IBWA) Social.
Through their podcast, Taylor and Natasha create space for open, evidence-based, and deeply relatable conversations about birth, lactation, postpartum, matrescence, identity shifts, and the mental load of motherhood—topics that align seamlessly with AlignSD’s mission to support women through every stage of care.
IBWA brings together doulas, midwives, chiropractors, lactation consultants, therapists, mental health professionals, bodyworkers, and other family-centered providers who are passionate about collaborative, relationship-based care.
Our quarterly socials create opportunities for education, connection, and cross-referral throughout San Diego's perinatal and pediatric healthcare community.
